Refund policy
At Doodle Drip, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.
Returns We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. Final sale items are not eligible for return.
To start a return, contact us at Team@doodledripco.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we'll send you instructions on where to send your item. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or card issuer to post the credit.
Exchanges We don't offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size or item, simply return your original order and place a new one.
Order Cancellations Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, your order may already be in production and cannot be cancelled.
Damaged or Wrong Items If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
